Walking connecting limbs

In the last set of practices, R arm/L leg moved as one and L arm/R leg moved as one. As you do everyday walking, connect your two opposite limbs (arm and leg) so they move as one. If that doesn't happen naturally, gradually connect the limbs in the following way.

First connect the hand and foot.  Imagine a string or rubber band between them.  As you walk, allow their range of motion to be the same: hand and foot reverse direction at the same moment and at the same distance.  You might find this easier that the static practice.

Second, connect hand-foot and elbow-knee. Continue walking until you discover that connection has been established and is natural.

Third, connect both limbs: upper arm-upper leg, lower arm-lower leg, hand-foot.  Continue walking until this also feels effortless and natural.
