Walking Intro

Rooting while walking

While walking naturally allow for Central Equilibrium. Then  Root while you walk.

Rooting while walking will settle you, begin to connect up the body as a whole, and allow you to feel lighter and more nimble.

Engage in the same inner practice as when you are standing.  Notice blocks, tension, heaviness, discomfort.  There are a variety of methods but I have noted three: accepting them, being aware of the empty space beneath, and being aware of the empty space out which they appear.

Quite often in the process, more and different blocks come into awareness.  Continue until you are clear.
